Moves made
light and easy.
Moving house is not a small thing. We try to make the part we are responsible for feel calm — a proper look at the job first, a figure you can trust, and a crew who protect your home before they start carrying things through it.
Surveyed before it is priced · Packed as much or as little as you like · Nationwide and into Europe
Your move, step by step
Nothing happens that you have not already been told about.
We look properly
A video walk-round for most moves. Twenty minutes, and the quote then holds.
You choose the packing
All of it, some of it, or just the things you would rather not wrap yourself.
We protect, then carry
Floors, frames and bannisters covered at both ends before anything moves.
Beds up before we go
Boxes in the right rooms, furniture where you want it, and somewhere to sleep.
Everything a move needs, and nothing it does not.
House removals
Whole homes, looked at properly before they are priced. Protection at both ends, and the beds back up before we leave.

A room, a studio, a part load, one heavy thing. Small jobs, quoted properly rather than squeezed in.

The part we can
make calm.
We cannot do much about the solicitors, the chain, or the fact that your completion date moved twice. What we can do is make sure that the one day everything physically has to happen is not the part you are dreading.
Most of that comes down to removing surprises. A survey before the quote, so the figure does not move. A crew sized for the stairs rather than for the price. Floors and bannisters covered before anything is carried, so nobody is apologising at the end. And a straight answer when something will not work.
It is not complicated. It is just done deliberately, and it is the difference between a long day and a bad one.
No surprises on the figure
Surveyed first, written down, with what would change it stated plainly. If we get the volume wrong we say so before loading, not after.
Your home protected
Boards, padding and covers down at both properties before the first item moves. It costs a little time and saves a lot of goodwill.
Told, not surprised
If the lane is too narrow, the lift too small or the sofa not going round the turn, you hear it at survey rather than on the morning.
Somewhere to sleep
Beds rebuilt and boxes in the right rooms before we go. The first night in a new house is hard enough without hunting for bedding.
Across the UK, and into four countries.
We are a named firm rather than a local one, so we do not claim a home high street. We go where the move is.
Nationwide
England, Scotland and Wales. Local moves, cross-country moves and everything in between. The length of the journey changes how a job is crewed and planned — not whether we take it.
For the longer runs, long-distance removals explains how we plan around the drive. And if a firm two streets from you would genuinely serve a short local move better, we will say so.
Into Europe
Four countries. The complete list, not a selection from it.
Questions people ask us
Where are you based?
We work across the UK rather than out of one shopfront, and we would rather say that plainly than claim a high street we do not have. When you enquire we will tell you exactly where the crew would travel from, so you can judge it for yourself.
This is our first proper move. What actually happens?
A lot of people ask this and there is nothing embarrassing about it. In short: we look at the job first, usually on a video call; we send you a written figure with what it covers; on the day we protect both properties before carrying anything; and we do not leave until the beds are back up. Anything you are unsure about, ask — we would rather explain it twice than have you worrying about it.
How is the quote worked out?
Volume, distance and access. How much is going, how far it is travelling, and what the load-in and load-out involve — stairs, lifts, parking, how far the carry is. There is no price on this website because yours would be different from any figure we could print.
Do we have to pack everything ourselves?
Not at all, and you can choose how much you take on. Some people want the whole house packed; others do their own boxes and just want help with the kitchen, the glass and the pictures. Whatever you decide, tell us and we will quote it that way rather than assuming.
Which countries do you move to?
France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. That is the real list rather than a sample of it — we will not claim Australia or the Gulf to catch a search. If your move is somewhere else we will tell you and point you at a firm that genuinely does it.
Tell us about your move
Both addresses, roughly what is going, and when you are hoping to move. We will take it from there, and there is no pressure at the end of it.
