Helpful to have ready
- Both addresses, or at least both postcodes
- Roughly how many rooms of furniture
- The floor at each end, and whether there is a lift
- Loft, garage, cellar or shed contents
- Whether a vehicle can get near the door
- Anything fragile, heavy, or that matters more than it is worth
- For moves abroad: the destination town, and permanent or second home
If you do not have all of that, send what you do have. Nobody has it all at the start.
Hours
The office runs Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Moves themselves happen at weekends too, and those dates go first — particularly at month-ends and through the summer.
Where we work
Across the UK — England, Scotland and Wales — and into four European countries: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal.
We do not claim a home town, because there is not one. If a firm closer to you would serve your particular move better, we will say so.
